Macintosh Using Mac OS (9/X) Make sure that: Your computer is turned on and Mac OS is running. If you are running any applications, quit them all. You are recommended to power the camera using the optional AC adapter. If the battery power runs out while the computer is accessing the card in the camera, the camera will turn off in the middle of the operation and this could destroy image files (data). If you are using batteries, make sure that there is sufficient remaining battery power. If you are running Mac OS X, the connection to the computer and downloading the image data are verified. Restrictions such as the following may occur due to the OS. The image file properties are not displayed correctly.
