If correct focus cannot be obtained When correct focus cannot be obtained on the subject you want to shoot, you can focus the camera on another point at roughly the same distance (focus lock) and take the picture as explained below. Determine the position of the subject after focusing (Focus Lock) 1 Open the lens barrier fully. • The camera turns on in the shooting mode. 3 2 Position the AF target mark on the subject you want to focus on.
