How to change the system format Pressing the SYSTEM SELECTOR button on the remote control or using the menu screen operation (page 89) enables the user to make the following changes depending on S Video / Video input or the currently selected input module. The name of the selected system such as RGB, YPBPR and AUTO is displayed on the top left of the screen and disappears automatically. S video / Video terminal input signal For the setting of : AUTO1 AUTO1 NTSC PAL60 PAL SECAM NTSC4.43 For the setting of AUTO2 : AUTO2 NTSC PAL-N PAL-M RGB signal input module ET-MD95RGB Video signal input module ET-MD95VM2 For the setting of AUTO1 ET-MD95VM2 For the setting of AUTO2 For the setting of ET-MD95VM2 YCbCr Serial digital input module ET-MD95SD1 : RGB RGB REALITY YPBPR For 720P and 1080i input RGB RGB REALITY YCbCr For 480i, 576i, 480p, 576p input The SYSTEM SELECTOR button is ineffective with other types of signals. : AUTO1 NTSC PAL SECAM PAL60 : AUTO2 NTSC NTSC4.43 PAL-M For the details on the setting for AUTO1, AUTO2 or YCbCr, refer to page 81. : AUTO PAL-N 480i 576i : AUTO 480i 576i When the STD (standard) button is pressed while changing the system mode (with the SYSTEM SELECTOR), the projector automatically returns to AUTO1, AUTO2, or AUTO. ET-MD95SD2 ET-MD95SD3 : AUTO 480p 480i 576i : AUTO 1080/60i 1035/60i 720/60p 1080/24p 1080/24sF 1080/25p 1080/30p 1080/50i "AUTO 1": Selection is automatically made out of NTSC, PAL, SECAM, NTSC4.43 and PAL60. "AUTO 2": Selection is automatically made out of NTSC, PAL-M and PAL-N.
