4 Call functions This chapter explains all of the call functions provided by your device. Turning the phone functions on and off You can choose to turn off the phone functions and just use the PDA functions at any time and then turn it back on when you want. Note: In many countries you may be required by law to turn off the phone functions while on a flight. To turn off the display of your device does not actually turn off the phone functions; you must turn off your wireless connection to your operator's network. To turn off the phone functions, press and select Wireless Manager. Then select Phone to set it to Off. appears on the top right corner of the screen. To turn back on the phone functions, select Phone to set it to On from the Wireless Manager screen. Using the Dialling screen When you press , the Dialling screen opens. You can view the most recent calls you have dialled, received, and missed on the screen. When you enter a digit, the Dialling screen lists all of the numbers containing the entered digit in Contacts and Call History, as well as the phone number assigned to the corresponding speed dial key. 52

Call functions
This chapter explains all of the call functions provided by
your device.
Turning the phone functions on and
off
You can choose to turn off the phone functions and just use
the PDA functions at any time and then turn it back on
when you want.
Note
