Hand-held microphone (UTXH2) 1 Turn the grip in the direction of the arrow to open the battery compartment. 2 Align two new LR6 (size AA) alkaline batteries with the polarity markings and insert them into the battery compartment. 2 Align two new LR6 (size AA) alkaline batteries with the polarity markings and insert them into the battery compartment, and then close the cover. 3 Turn the grip in the direction opposite to the arrow in step 1 to close the battery compartment. Note If you open the battery compartment during signal transmission, the noise may occur. Be sure to turn the microphone off before opening the battery compartment. Plug-on transmitter (UTX-P1) 1 Slide the battery cover to release the lock and open the battery compartment. Battery indication When you turn the power on, the battery condition is shown by the BATT indication in the display section. When the indication in column 4 starts to flash, replace the batteries with new ones. Be sure to check the expiration date printed on the new batteries before using them.
