OFF (C): This position lets youturn off the engine but still turn the steering wheel.It doesn't lock the steering wheel like LOCK.Use OFF if you must have your Move your vehicle pushed or towed. Starting Your &@e shift lever to PARK (P)or NEUTRAL (N). Your engine won't start in other any position -- that's a safety feature. To restart when you're already moving, use NEUTRAL (N) only.
