47 Replacing the CMOS battery Altos G330 uses a a lithium battery that powers the CMOS RAM when the system is turned off. When battery life starts to drain, it loses voltage, and the system settings stored in CMOS RAM (for example, the date and time values for the RTC-real time clock) may be wrong. Contact your local Acer service representative or dealer for a list of approved replacement battery. Warning! Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Discard used batteries according to manufacturer's instructions. Replacing the CMOS battery
Altos G330 uses a a lithium battery that powers the CMOS RAM when
the system is turned off.
When battery life starts to drain, it loses
voltage, and the system settings stored in CMOS RAM (for example, the
date and time
values for the RTC—real time clock) may be wrong.
Contact your local Acer service representative or dealer for a list of
approved replacement battery.
Warning!
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly
replaced.
Replace only with the same or equivalent type
recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Discard
used batteries according to manufacturer's instructions.
