4 Mounting OS6855-14/P14 and OS6855-U10 Switches This chapter covers different mounting and installation options for OS6855-14/P14 (PoE Models) and OS6855-U10 switches. Anti-Static Warning. Before handling any components, free yourself of static by wearing a grounding strap, or by grounding yourself properly. Static discharge can damage the switch and the backup power supply. Chassis Components The switches ship with all mounting brackets attached. The following diagram shows the default chassis and power supply tray assemblies. Note that mounting brackets are shipped pre-attached.
