Advanced Features Enter Choice: [1] Press ESC To Exit There are three command options which you invoke by typing the number of the command and pressing the "Enter" key: 1. Save Current BIOS To File This command reads the system BIOS already installed on the mainboard and writes a copy of it to a file in the 'Flash' directory. This leaves you with a backup of your original BIOS in case you need to re-install it. This option is highly recommended. 2. Update BIOS Main Block From File This updates the BIOS, but not the boot block and ESCD, from a file on disk. This can be either a new file or the backup file created by the "Save Current BIOS To File " command. 3. Advanced Features Selecting this option brings up the Advanced Features screen. 4 3-32
