CHAPTER 6 DEALING WITH PROBLEMS 6.1 Troubleshooting Read this chapter to learn how to fix printer problems. Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet, and contact your dealer or Brother authorized service representative for assistance. Do not make any changes or modifications to the equipment, as this may cause a fire or an electric shock.
