2. Oiling Lubrication is necessary for keeping the machine in good condition. The BAS-416 oil system uses a wick. Every day before using the machine, add 1-2 drop(s) of oil at the point indicated by each arrow in the figure. NOTE: Be sure to use only Brother-specified sewing machine oil, Brother or Sewing Lub 10 for lubrication. 1.
