General Information LED indications The LEDs are lights which show the machine status. Data LED (Green) LED indication On Blinking Off Meaning Data is in the machine's memory. The machine is receiving or processing data. There is no remaining data in the memory. Error LED (Orange) LED indication Blinking Off Meaning There is a problem with the machine. There is no problem with the machine. 3 3 3 3 Machine status messages 3 The following table shows the machine status messages during normal operation: Machine Status Message Cooling Down Cancel Printing Meaning The machine is cooling down. The machine is canceling the job. Cancel All Jobs Ignore Data Pause Please Wait Printing Ready Sleep Deep Sleep 1 The machine is ignoring data processed using the PS driver. The machine has suspended its operations. Press Go to start the machine again. The machine is warming up. The machine is carrying out the calibration process. The machine is printing. The machine is ready to print. In Sleep mode (power save mode) the machine acts as though it were turned off, but the machine can still receive data. Receiving a print job will automatically wake up the machine to start printing. In Deep Sleep mode (reducing more power consumption than Sleep mode), the machine acts as though it were turned off. If the machine does not receive data for a certain length of time while it is in Sleep mode, it enters Deep Sleep mode automatically. 1 When the Wireless Network is enabled the machine does not transfer to Deep Sleep mode. If you want to disable the Wireless Network, change the setting of WLAN Enable to Off. (See Network Menu uu page 86.) 76
