Menu Description High altitude Switch the fan mode to suit installation at low or high altitudes (above 2,300 m [7,545.8']). Option Function Off Setting for altitudes lower than 2,300 m (7,545.8'). On Setting for altitudes of 2,300 m (7,545.8') or higher. • When [High altitude] is switched, [Lamp mode] of the [Image adjustment] menu automatically changes as follows. High altitude [Off] > [On] [On] > [Off] Lamp mode [Full power], [Power saver 1], [Power saver 2] > [Power saver 1] [Full power], [Power saver 1], [Power saver 2] > [Full power] • The changed [Lamp mode] can be changed manually in the menu. • Changing [Lamp mode] manually may shorten the useful life of the lamp. Lens shift mode Switch the available lens shift range as needed. Option Function Normal Provides a normal lens shift range. Expanded Provides an expanded lens shift range. • Selecting [Expanded] may lower image quality and keystone correction precision, depending on the extent of lens shift. • Selecting [Normal] when the lens is in the expanded range (outside the normal position) will execute lens shift reset (P151). Marginal focus In dome projection, image focus can be adjusted on the edges of the screen, and the remote control can be used to activate and deactivate this focus adjustment. For detailed instructions, refer to "Adjusting Peripheral Focus" (P72). Option Function Off Disable remote focusing of image edges. Enable remote focusing of image edges. To access the adjustment On window, press the LENS button on the projector twice or press the FOCUS button on the remote twice. Reset Restore edge focusing to the standard position. • The marginal focus feature is not available depending on the type of lens installed. • Setting this function to [Off] only prevents display of the adjustment window.
