Virtual Server Configuration for a Server on the DMZ: Navigate to the FIREWALL tab, PORT MAPPING page of the Web-based configuration. Click the Add New link to create a new Port Mapping. Input the Public IP address to be forwarded in the Destination IP field. Select the Service to be forwarded to the Internal Server (pre-defined or custom). Enter the Private IP of the Server in the Pass To field. Configure Scheduling, IDS/IDP, or Bandwidth Management if desired. Click Apply to save the configuration. Click Activate Changes to apply changes and restart. Similar steps can be taken to configure other services to be mapped to Internal Servers for access from Public Hosts. Keep in mind that this configuration uses Network Address Translation. Not all Protocols will work through NAT, so be aware of the type of service in use. 118
