4. Disconnect the display-assembly interface cable from connector JLCD on the system board. To disconnect the cable, grasp the pull tab and pull it straight up from the system board. 5. Disconnect the microphone cable from ZIF connector JMIC. 6. Lift the display assembly from the bottom case assembly. A plastic detent post located approximately at the center of the display assembly may hang on the bottom case assembly. If so, carefully push the center of the display assembly away from the bottom case assembly. Removing and Replacing Parts 4-19

on the system board.
To disconnect the cable, grasp the pull tab and pull it straight up from the
system board.

Disconnect the microphone cable from ZIF connector JMIC.
6.
Lift the display assembly from the bottom case assembly.
A plastic detent post located approximately at the center of the display
assembly may hang on the bottom case assembly. If so, carefully push the
center of the display assembly away from the bottom case assembly.
