5 Repeat the steps to remove any additional PCIe expansion card. Installing PCIe expansion card 1 Pull the release latch backward to open [1]. 2 To remove the PCIe brackets (1 and 3) as shown below, insert a screwdriver in the hole of a PCIe bracket and push hard to release the bracket [2], and then lift the bracket out from your computer.
