- Mask Input To mask the entered user ID, enable Mask Input. • Schedule Usage Data Reset Selecting Reset for ColorTrack on the Accounting Method screen displays the Schedule Usage Data Reset screen. You can reset the usage data automatically at a specified time. Select Yearly, Quarterly, or Monthly, and specify the date and time to delete the usage data. • Download Report Selecting Report for ColorTrack on the Accounting Method screen displays the Download Report screen. Select whether or not to include the user names to the report, and click Download. Network Accounting Performs accounting based on the user information managed on a remote service. User information is registered on the remote service. NOTE: • When Network Accounting is selected, users are prompted to enter their Account ID on the login screen that is displayed when attempting to use services required for accounting. Limits Tracking Information Limits Server Enter the server URL and specify the connection time-out. What to Limit Specify the features to limit. Job Limit Communication Select the way of handling a print job error. Error Handling Set the information to be collected. Information Verification Exceptions Set Default Label, Default Value, Ask Users, and Mask Input for User ID and Account ID. Under When to Prompt, select No Prompt, Always Prompt, or Color Only. Enable Allows you to set whether or not to verify user information. Verify All Jobs Including Select from Off, On, and On With Exceptions. Network Print Jobs Allow Guests (No Accounting Code) Set whether or not to allow the print jobs of Guests (jobs with no accounting code). Allow IPP (Including Set whether or not to allow the print jobs via IPP. AirPrint™ and Mopria™) When you enable this setting, select whether or not to allow invalid accounting codes. Allow Specific Computers Set whether or not to allow the print jobs from specific computers. When you enable this setting, enter the address or hostname, and user ID to specify the computer. Roles The device user roles define the permissions on operations from the control panel and Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool, and the printer user roles define the permissions on printing features.
