In this case, some knowledge of networks is required. connect
to
the
Internet,
recheck
the
connections
and
settings

If
you
do
not
understand
about
Internet
connection,
contact
your
ISP
(Internet
Service
Provider)
or
the
store

which
you
purchased

computer.
