Installation Overview Perform the following steps to install and configure the Ethernet card. See the indicated chapters for detailed information. 1. Install the Ethernet card in your printer. See Chapter 1. 2. Install the protocols in your operating system, if necessary. See Chapter 3 or later. 3. Install EPSON Net!2, if necessary. See Chapter 2. 4. Install EPSON Status Monitor 2, if necessary. See Chapter 11. 5. Install Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to access the Ethernet card's home page. See your browser's documentation. 6. Set the IP address using EPSON Net!2 or the arp command. See Chapter 3. 7. Configure the Ethernet card using EPSON Net!2. See Chapter 4 or later. 8.
