Replacing the Air Filter

You can remove the air filter to clean both sides. If the filter is too dirty or broken, replace the filter as described below. Replacing the Air Filter You need to replace the air filter if: ■ You cannot remove the dust from it ■ The air filter is damaged or torn ■ You repeatedly see a projected message telling you to clean or replace it 1. Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord. 2. Open the air filter cover on the side of the projector. note To order replacement air filters, request part number V13H134A25. See page 18 for ordering information. 3. Lift the air filter out of its slot as shown. note Air filters contain polycarbonate, ABS resin, and polyurethane foam. You can remove the air filter to clean both sides.
If the filter is too dirty or broken, replace the filter as described below.
Replacing the Air Filter
You need to replace the air filter if:
You cannot remove the dust from it
The air filter is damaged or torn
You repeatedly see a projected message telling you to clean or
replace it
1.
Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord.
2.
Open the air filter cover on the side of the projector.
3.
Lift the air filter out of its slot as shown.
