146 Chapter 7 Exchanging Messages Viewing a multimedia message When you receive a multimedia message, the Home screen's Messages tab only displays the subject of the message. (If there is no subject, a short message about how to view MMS will be displayed.) You have to open the multimedia message to view the content. 1. On the Home screen, slide to the Messages tab and tap the multimedia message that you received. The contact's Messages tab then opens. 2. Tap the multimedia message you want to view. The media attachment, such as a photo, video, audio, or slideshow, is then played. To display and use onscreen buttons, tap the screen or wait for the playback to finish. You can use the onscreen buttons to pause, replay, or to move forward and backward in a slideshow. 3. To save the media and other attachments to your phone or storage card, tap the Save button ( ).
