• A long-axis print is clipped - Try changing the language setting. - Does your software support long-axis prints? - Have you specified an appropriate media size in your software? - Unless it is a PostScript file, make sure that → Page format → Size → Inked area is set. • An HP-GL job prints incorrectly or not at all - HP-GL is not supported by these printers. • The entire image is in one quadrant of the correct printing area - Is the page size configured in the software too small? See → Graph. Lang. • The image is unexpectedly rotated - Check the → Page format → Rotate option. • The print is a mirror image of your image - Check the → Page format → Mirroring setting. • The print is distorted or unintelligible - Check and if necessary replace the interface cable between your computer and the printer; - Try changing the language setting. - Are you sure that your software doesn't believe the image to be in one quadrant of the page?
