A Appendix A - Manually calibrating the scan band with the CPG external tool Follow these steps to manually calibrate the scan band with the CPG external tool. 1. Put the press in ready mode. 2. Run the ILS Calibration wizard. 3. Copy the CPG SW files to folder: S:/Indigo NOTE: Analyze DA2LP Factors wizard only once per screen per WH. This wizard will usually be performed when installing a new WH. If this is not the first use of the CPG tool on a new WH, skip to Step 9 below. 4. Open file: EilatWHLaserprofiler_CPG_Ver8.exe 5. Select the Screen set you are using. 6. If this is the first time using the CPG tool, select Analyze DA2LP Factors to create the initial configuration files. 7. Follow these steps to manually calibrate the scan band with the CPG external tool.
1.
Put the press in ready mode.
2.
