Background When upgrading the HP Indigo WS6000 Digital Press software to version 8.9.1i20, the special jobs version is not automatically upgraded from version 1.0.33.0 to version 1.0.60.0. The BID engage and first transfer wizard might fail when trying to run the wizards (when working with the inline scanner). 3. Prerequisites ● Press software version 8.9.1 i20 installation CD or file. The following procedure will take approximately 1 hour. 4. Instructions a. Shut down the press software. b. In the Windows Control Panel, select Programs and Features. c. Verify that the HP Indigo Special Jobs version is 1.0.60.0. d. If the HP Indigo Special Jobs is a different version, do the following: ● Right click HP Indigo SpecialJobs., and click Uninstall.
