e. Make sure the printhead latch is properly closed and the print carriage is not obstructed. If the print carriage is in the center of the printer, slide it to the right. NOTE: After you have set up the printer, do not open the printhead latch unless installing new printheads or moving the printer outside your home or office. f. Remove the jammed paper. g.
