In the U.S., call (800) 333-1917 from a push button tone phone to request that an index of available documents be sent to your fax machine. Call again to select the documents that you want transmitted. Outside the U.S. and Canada, call (208) 344-4809 from your fax machine. Use the handset and touch-tone keyboard on your fax machine to request an index of available documents. After you have made your choice, you are instructed to press START on your fax machine and hang up the handset. The telephone connection is maintained and used to send the fax to your machine. Call again from your fax machine to select the documents that you want transmitted to you. If you are using a fax modem instead of a fax machine, this process works only if your fax software provides a START command.
