Unlocking the Slides If you do not depress these two latches, the satellite cannot move all the way onto the base chassis. 3. Let go of the release latches. Grasp the ejector handles and push the satellite chassis the rest of the way onto the base. Be careful to keep the ejector handles in the "down" position. 4. When the NetServer slides as far forward as it can go, push the ejector handles up until they stop. 5. Replace the retention bracket as shown in Figure 3-2. 6. Relock the power interlock switch by turning it counter-clockwise. See "Power Up Procedure" in Chapter 2. 7. At the front, relatch the power supplies. Ensure the indicator lights on the power supplies come up correctly during the power-up procedure before reattaching the front bezel. See "Power Supply Indicators" in Chapter 1. 20

If you do not depress these two latches, the satellite cannot move all the
way onto the base chassis.

Let go of the release latches. Grasp the ejector handles and push the
satellite chassis the rest of the way onto the base. Be careful to keep the
ejector handles in the "down" position.

When the NetServer slides as far forward as it can go, push the ejector
handles up until they stop.
5.
Replace the retention bracket as shown in Figure 3-2.

Relock the power interlock switch by turning it counter-clockwise. See
"Power Up Procedure" in Chapter 2.
7.
At the front, relatch the power supplies. Ensure the indicator lights on the
power supplies come up correctly during the power-up procedure before
reattaching the front bezel. See "Power Supply Indicators" in Chapter 1.
