Device Information Click Device Information in the menu on the left to find the device service ID (if assigned), the firmware version, and the serial number. Click the device icon in the lower-left corner to see information about another installed device. This action relaunches the HP Printer Utility so that you can select another device (see Figure 6-55 Device Status screen).
