Booklet layout The Booklet layout drop-down menu, visible when the Print On Both Sides option is selected, offers the following options: ● Off (default) ● Left Edge Binding ● Right Edge Binding Selecting the Left Edge Binding or Right Edge Binding option changes the document preview image to show the location of the binding. If the Pages per sheet setting is on the default setting of 1 page per sheet, it automatically changes to 2 pages per sheet. Changing the Pages per Sheet setting manually to any value other than 2 pages per sheet disables the booklet setting. Click the File menu. 2. Click the Print option. 3. Click the Properties button. 4. Click the Finishing tab. 5. Select the Print On Both Sides check box. 6.
