Figure 5-25 Printer Status screen Address the condition, and then click then the OK button to close the screen. The HP Printer Utility opens. Click the Update Firmware menu item on the left to locate a firmware upgrade file and install it on the product. Click the Choose button to open a navigation screen. Browse to the firmware file and then click the Open button. The firmware file name appears in the Update Firmware screen of the HP Printer Utility.
