About Recording Errors A recording error means that a program scheduled to record was not recorded. This can occur for several reasons. If your PC was turned off and not in standby mode during the time the program was scheduled to record, or if there was a recording conflict with another scheduled program, a recording error occurs. If you were watching live TV when the program was scheduled to record and declined the prompt to change channels, a recording error occurs. PC was turned off during scheduled recording time. Another program was scheduled to record at the same time. You selected Don't record on the Program Info menu and canceled the recording. In Advanced Record, you selected First Run only for a series recording so any programs in a series that are not first run are not recorded. About Recording Errors
A recording error means that a program scheduled
to record was not recorded. This can occur for
several reasons. If your PC was turned off and not in
standby mode during the time the program was
scheduled to record, or if there was a recording
conflict with another scheduled program, a
recording error occurs. If you were watching live TV
when the program was scheduled to record and
declined the prompt to change channels, a
recording error occurs.
