Box 58059 Santa Clara, CA 95051-8059 Warranty Information This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province. One-Year Limited Warranty Hewlett-Packard warrants the HP OfficeJet Series 300 against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from receipt by the end user. During the warranty period, Hewlett-Packard will, at its option, either repair or replace products that prove to be defective. Replacement products will be remanufactured units. Should Hewlett-Packard be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable amount of time, a refund of the purchase price may be given upon return of the product. Exclusions The warranty on your HP OfficeJet Series 300 shall not apply to defects resulting from the following: N Improper or inadequate maintenance by the customer. N Unauthorized modification or misuse. N Operation outside of the environmental specifications for the product. N Operation using non-supported printing media.
