6-3-10 Downloading the latest version of HP Insight Diagnostics 1. Go to http://www.hp.com. 2. Click the Support & Drivers link. 3. Select the Download driver and software radio button. 4. Enter your product number (for example, "xw460c") in the text box, and press the Enter key. 5. Select your operating system. 6. Click the Diagnostic link. 7. Locate HP Insight Diagnostics, and click Download. NOTE: The download includes instructions for creating a bootable CD. 6-4 ROM-Based Setup Utility The ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU) allows BIOS parameters to be changed during the boot process. For example, Remote Console Mode (see Section 3-1, "Setting Remote Console Mode") is set using RBSU.
