8 SET MODE SD Card (Continued) Format Formats the SD card. If you use a brand new SD card, be sure to format it in the transceiver. Unmount Unmounts the SD card. Before you remove a card when the transceiver is ON, be sure to electrically unmount it. Otherwise the data may be corrupted or deleted.
