Domestic Customer Service Visit www.nextel.com for a variety of customer services: • Customer Support - provides helpful instructions on phones and services, service and repair options, product user guides, interactive product and service tutorials, phone software upgrades, and answers to frequently asked questions. • My Nextel - provides access to your account so you can pay bills online, add phones to your account, reset your voicemail password and much more. • Contact Us - If at any time you need online assistance with billing, product information, order status, or related matters, click on Contact Us. A variety of ways to contact us are available to you so that we can help answer your specific questions. Every effort will be made to address your inquiry within 24 hours. Or, call us at 1-800-639-6111 or dial 611 from your Nextel phone. • Should you need help with or have questions about your phone's features or operation, please contact us from a landline phone, so that we can walk through your phone's features with you. • In accordance with Nextel's Authorized Contact Policy, you will need to supply account specific information to validate that you are authorized to receive information about and make changes to the account. At minimum, we ask that you have your Personal Telephone Number (PTN) and Account number ready when you call.
