Closed Caption Feature The Device Display includes a built-in decoder capable of visually displaying the audio portion of broadcasts which feature Closed Captioning (CC). You can set your preferences for both digital and analog Closed Captioning. When activated this feature will remain on until OFF is selected in this menu. Press MENU to display the Main Menu screen. 1 CH VOL OK VOL Press to select Setup icon. CH Press to display the options in the Setup menu. 2 CH VOL OK VOL CH Press to select Closed Caption icon. Press to display the Closed Caption menu. 3 CH VOL OK VOL CH Press to select CC Mode. Press to enter the CC Mode field. Notes: • The closed caption or text signal may be broadcast over C1, C2, or both. Also, text contents can vary so you may wish to try different settings. • Closed Caption is not displayed if the input signal is COMPONENT VIDEO INPUT of 480p or more, or from RGB IN. 4 CH VOL OK VOL CH Press to select desired setting. • Off - No display. • On - Display when available. • On Mute - Display when audio is muted. Press to set.
