You can check the camera's MAC address from the sticker attached to the camera or from the MAC address displayed in [Mac address of the wireless module] from [Wireless] - [Status] on the setup menu. • Is the channel used for wireless communication the - same as another nearby wireless networks? Try changing the wireless communication channel of the wireless router.
