Your phone may be set to"Fixed Dialing Number (FDN)"mode. Cancel the "FDN" mode. When you are unable to charge the battery: This may be the result of one of the following three cases. 1. Your charger may be out of order. Contact your nearest dealer. 2. You may be attempting to use the phone in an overly hot/cold temperature. Try changing the charging environment. 3. Your battery may have not been connected to the charger properly. Check the connector. When you are unable to input data into your Address Book: Your Address Book memory may be full. Try deleting some entries from your Address Book. When you are unable to select a certain function: You may not have subscribed to that function, or your network service provider may be in an area where such service cannot be provided.
