• For BRC-X400/X401, when [Trace] is selected for [Preset mode] on the PTZF control tab, you cannot perform any operations on the Preset position tab. Select [Mode 1] or [Mode 2] for [Preset mode] on the PTZF control tab to perform operations. Preset mode (BRC-X400/X401) Display the current preset mode. Preset position list Display the numbers, names and thumbnails of the registered presets. Select the preset to operate. Preview screen Monitor the images and perform the preset setting. Up to 32 alphanumeric characters can be used to set the name. Thumbnail (checkbox) After selecting the checkbox, register the camera images as thumbnails by clicking [Set]. Thumbnail (file reference box) Register the arbitrary camera images as thumbnails. Select images in JPEG or PNG format. The available image size is from 64×36 to 1920×1080 (width × height). Delete Delete thumbnails in the selected preset. Speed Pan/tilt speed when recalling the selected preset. This is available when [Speed select] is set to [Separate]. PTZ TRACE (BRC-X400/X401) Preset mode PTZ trace operation panel PTZ trace list PTZ trace Preview status PTZ TRACE is a function used to record pan/tilt/ zoom operations, controlled by the remote commander or a remote controller, and then to play back the operations when necessary. Up to 16 pan/tilt/zoom positions can be recorded for up to 180 seconds. Notes • If pan and tilt limits are configured in the PTZ control tab after recording operations, the pan and tilt limits are not applied during playback. To use the PTZ trace function and pan/tilt limit function together, first configure the pan/tilt limit settings, and then use the PTZ trace function. • All recorded PTZ traces will be erased if the image flip setting is changed. • All recorded PTZ traces may be erased if the video output format is changed. • Playing preparation will restore the Zoom mode and Slow Pan-Tilt mode to their states held during recording.
