See "User groups reference" on page 319 for more about permissions. Changing node numbers Node numbers cannot be edited directly. If you need to change the node number after adding the node to the topology tree, you must first delete the object, then create a new object, and last, assign a new node number to it. To change a node number 1 On the Devices tab, right-click the existing node. 2 Click Delete, and OK. 3 Click Topology > Save Changes. 4 Add a new object. See "Adding nodes and objects" on page 83. 5 Assign a new node number. See "Node number" on page 77. Note: The node with the lowest node number serves as the active node in a failover group. All nodes with higher node numbers remain on standby status. If you fail to provide a passphrase, or provide an erroneous one, when you add a node to the topology tree, you must first delete the object, then create a new one, and last, assign a new synchronization passphrase to it.
