Underside THE GRAND TOUR i.LINK(IEEE1394) Connect an external device, such as a digital video camera port to this port for high-speed data transfer. You must connect the AC adaptor when you use i.LINK. Universal Serial Bus (USB 2.0) ports Two Universal Serial Bus ports are on the back side. The ports comply with the USB 2.0 standard, which enables data transfer speeds 40 times faster than the USB 1.1 standard. (The ports also support USB 1.1.) CAUTION: Keep foreign objects out of the USB connectors. A pin or similar object can damage the computer's circuitry. NOTE: Operation of all functions of all USB devices has not been confirmed. Some functions might not execute properly. Fan vent Refer to the Left side section. Underside Figure 2-5 shows the underside of the computer.
