Front Panel Diagnostic Message Message Error Description Troubleshooting Procedure Paper Size Jam; Check Size and Open Rear Cover To Clear. Press i. PSE-1: Paper Size Error There is a conflict between the size of the paper, which is detected by the Size Switches, and the length of paper the printer detects by the length of time the Registration Sensor is actuated. Correct the mismatch. Open Rear Cover. Go to Paper Size Jam; Check Size and Open Rear Cover to Clear. (PSE-1) on page 2-30. Install Or Reseat Print Cartridge Press i. J3 Missing Print Cartridge. 1. Print Cartridge is not installed. 2. The installed Print Cartridge is not the correct one. Install the Print Cartridge, or replace with the correct Print Cartridge. Go to Install or Reseat Print Cartridge. on page 2-33. Toner Is Low. Press i. J5 Toner Low. Toner Low is detected after 10 prints while Toner Sensor is on. Go to Toner is Low. on page 2-35.
