Chapter 15 User Management Other (non-root) users can only see their account in this screen. Each field is described in the following table. Table 260 User Management > Account LABEL DESCRIPTION Index Select the check box next to a user account, and click Delete to remove the account. This does not apply to the root account since you cannot delete it. User Name This field displays the user name used to log in. You can also click this to edit the account settings. The Add/Edit User Account screen appears. E-mail This field displays the e-mail address associated with the user account. This address is used for notifications (root only) and forgotten passwords. Description This field displays the description for the user account. Group This field displays the group the user account belongs to. Status This field displays whether or not the user is logged in to Vantage Report. off line - this user is not currently logged in Total Count Total Page First .. Last Go Add Delete on line - this user is currently logged in This field displays how many accounts there are. This field displays how many screens it takes to display all the accounts. Click First, Last, or a specific page number to look at the accounts on that page. Some choices are not available, depending on the number of pages. Enter the page number you want to see, and click Go. Click this to create a new user account. The Add/Edit User Account screen appears. Click this to delete the user accounts that are selected in Index field.
