The second row indicates the number of records usedforpayment or deposit among a total available of 1000 (CW-1000) or 600 (CW-600). Display 3 (CW-1000) ordisplay 4 (CW-600) appears when the memory isfull. a When this happens, you have to delete old records to make roomfor new ones. See "Deleting Old Records" on page 70.
