Control panel setup Setup Mail RX This menu has five selections: Auto Polling, Poll Frequency, Header, Del Error Mail and Notification. Auto Polling When set to On, the machine automatically checks the POP3 server for new messages. Poll Frequency Sets the interval for checking for new messages on the POP3 server (default is 10Min(s)). a Press Menu. b Press a or b to choose Network. Press OK. c Press a or b to choose E-mail/IFAX. Press OK. d Press a or b to choose Setup Mail RX. Press OK. e Press a or b to choose Auto Polling. f Press d or c to choose On or Off.
