Editing Images (2/4) Chapter 6 Using Supplementary Features Cropping Use this to delete unnecessary portions of the image and leave only the necessary portions. Click [Edit] in the Viewer Window and select [Crop] to open the Crop Dialog. Drag to specify the cutout dimensions. Click this button. Position the mouse pointer over the image and drag it to select cutout dimensions with the rectangular cropping frame. Then click [Crop] to cut out the specified dimensions. Check the cropped image and click [Finish] to complete the cropping procedure. REFERENCE • You can also start the cropping procedure by clicking the [Edit] menu and selecting the [Edit Still Image], followed by [Crop]. Use this to reset the specified dimensions. You can change the display magnification. You can adjust the dimensions by dragging the corners or center points of the sides. Cropping
Use this to delete unnecessary portions of the image and leave
only the necessary portions. Click [Edit] in the Viewer Window
and select [Crop] to open the Crop Dialog.
Position the mouse pointer over the image and drag it to select
cutout dimensions with the rectangular cropping frame. Then
click [Crop] to cut out the specified dimensions. Check the
cropped image and click [Finish] to complete the cropping
procedure.
