Getting Started 16 Shooting Still Images Shooting Still Images ( Mode) Indicators Shutter Button Power Button Mode Dial Button 1. Using a tripod is also effective. Wrist Strap Use the wrist strap to avoid dropping the camera during use. 4. Press the shutter button lightly (halfway) to focus. • When the camera focuses, it beeps twice and the indicator lights green (orange when the flash fires).
