Off 37 - 185 mm Enables shooting without digital zoom. Digital zoom is fixed at the selected zoom 1.4x 51.8 - 259 mm factor, and the focal length shifts to maximum telephoto. This enables a faster shutter speed and less chance of camera shake than a shot 2.3x 85.1 - 425.5 mm taken at the same angle of view with [Standard] or [Off].
