The flow manager received an illegal message from the fastpath. This log message may occur due to hardware problems or a port receiving an excessive number of malformed packets. Use the show mibii or show ether-errors command to look for errors on one of the CSS ports. If the CSS handles a content request for a Layer 5 rule that spans more than three TCP packets, after the CSS decides on the server to use, it sends the TCP packets in TCP slow start form.
