Chapter 1 Managing the CSS Software Using the Running-Config and Startup-Config Files Showing the Startup Configuration Once you copy the contents of the running-config file to the startup-config file, use the show startup-config command to display the CSS startup configuration. The CSS does not display default configurations in the startup-config file. Use the show startup-config line-numbers command to display the startup-config file with line numbers The following example shows a CSS startup configuration with line numbers.
